NEET PG 2024 Registration: Document Checklist for Uploading

NEET PG 2024 Documents Required For Application Form: The NBEMS started the NEET PG 2024 online registration process on 16 April 2024 on their official website @natboard.edu.in

For a smooth application process, aspirants must know about the list of required documents before filling out the registration form in the format and dimensions as prescribed by the authority. 

So to help you in the NEET PG 2024 application process, we have listed some of the important documents needed in the application form and the format they are to be uploaded. 

NEET PG 2024 Document Size & Format Guide

Here is the complete list of documents applicants need to attach to the NEET PG session 2024 application form:

Class 10 & 12 Certificate 

Candidates must present their class 10, 12, or equivalent exam certificate in the NEET PG 2024 application form as it will be used to determine the date of birth. The certificate must contain information such as your name, date of birth, and other relevant details.

Class 12 Marksheet

The class 12 mark sheet will be required as proof of your education qualification. Make sure you enter the same information in the NEET PG 2024 application form as mentioned in the mark sheet. This will be used to check the subjects, marks, and other information from 12 grade. 

Passport or Postcard-Sized Photograph 

It is essential to upload a recent passport-sized photograph in the application form. The photograph must have a plain white background with 80% face showing, both colored or black & white photos will be accepted. Candidates must ensure the format and dimensions of the photograph are followed to avoid technical issues or rejection. 

• Passport Image: Dimension- 2.5 x 3.5 inches, Size- 10 KB to 200 KB in JPG format
• Postcard Image: Dimension- 4 x 6 inches, Size- 10 KB to 200 KB in JPG format

Signature

A legible scanned copy of the applicant’s signature is required in the application form. Make sure the signature’s photograph meets the specified dimension and format mentioned under the application form instructions in the NEET PG 2024 information bulletin. 

• Size: 4 KB to 30 KB in JPG format

Left and Right Finger & Thumb Impression

A scanned copy of the candidate’s fingers left, and right thumb is to be uploaded in the NEET PG application form. Make sure to follow the format to avoid rejection of the form. 

• Size: 10 KB to 200 KB in JPG format.

Category Certificate 

Aspirants who have applied for NEET PG under the reserved category including PwD and EWS category will be required to present the supporting document, valid and issued by the government of India approving their disability (PwD) and category. 

• Size: 50 KB to 300 KB 

Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

Ensure you are entering the accurate and up-to-date email ID and mobile number in the NEET PG application form. The authority usually uses these details to directly communicate with the applicant via sending mail, SMS, messages, and calls. 

Banking Details

Candidates must input the correct banking details while submitting the NEET PG 2024 application fee. Any discrepancy in the details can lead to the rejection of the application form.

As the NEET PG 2024 examination form is released, candidates are suggested to start their exam preparation scheduled for 23 June 2024, starting today. The last day to submit the application form is 6 May 2024.
