4. Passport & Postcard Size Photograph

Candidates must make sure the photograph should be latest with 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on a white background.
5. Signature
- A clear and legible scanned copy of your signature is also required. Like the photograph, the signature should meet the specified dimensions and format as mentioned in the application guidelines.
- The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG format.
6. Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions
- A scanned image of left and right hand fingers & thumb impressions will be required.
- The size of scanned and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impressions should be between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG format.
7. Category Certificate (if applicable)
- For candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), a category certificate is essential. This document must be issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format and should be valid and up to date.
- The scanned category certificate should be in pdf format between 50 to 300 kb.
8. PwDB Certificate (if applicable)
- Applicants with disabilities must provide a PwDB certificate issued by a government medical board. The certificate should clearly state the type and extent of disability.
- The size of the scanned PwDB certificate should be between 50 to 300 kb.
9. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates should have a valid EWS certificate issued by a competent authority as per the government guidelines.

10. Domicile Certificate
