AIBE XVII (17) 2023 Exam Guidelines: The Bar Council of India (BCI) is going to conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVII (17) 2023 Exam tomorrow 5th February 2023.

On the 1st of February, the Bar Council of India (BCI) released the AIBE XVII (17) 2023 admit card. All the candidates who have successfully submitted the application form are eligible to download the AIBE XVII (17) 2023, Admit Card.

“Candidates will also be allowed to carry copies of Bare Acts and Downloaded copies of Acts without notes but if such copies are not available then copies of Bare Acts with short notes/least notes will be allowed on the basis of prayer by some candidates,” the authority stated on the official website.

AIBE XVII (17) 2023 Exam Guidelines

Below are some of the instructions and guidelines that candidates need to follow on the exam day-

  • Candidates have to carry one hard copy of the AIBE XVII (17) 2023 admit card along with one id proof on the exam day.
  • Candidates must arrive at their designated testing center by 8:30 am; after 10:15 am, admittance will not be permitted.
  • Candidates are allowed to carry only Bare Acts without notes and comments inside the examination center.
  • Candidates with disability have to submit a certified copy of their disability.
  • 20 minutes extra time per hour will be given to the candidates who will dome under the disability category.

If any of the candidates forget to bring any of the required documents on the exam day then they won’t be allowed to give the AIBE XVII (17) 2023 Exam.
