AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme Deadline Extended till 31st December: The deadline for the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) post graduate (PG) programme scholarship programme has been extended till 31st December, 2022 through online mode.

The scholarship amount under the scheme is Rs 12.400 per month for applying candidates. The scheme is valid for 24 months only or for the duration of the course.

AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme Eligibility Criteria

• Interested candidates for AICTE PG scholarship must be in an undergoing PG course and have a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) or Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) score and are required to be admitted in an AICTE approved institute or programme with approved intake.
• The candidate must a full-time admitted scholar under programmes such as master of engineering, master of technology (M.Tech), master of architecture or master of pharmacy.
• Candidates in their final years of dual degree integrated programmes are also eligible for the AICTE PG scholarship from the 9th semester onwards in case they get a CGPA score go 8 or above for one year in the final year.
• The PG scholarship is not admissible to passed out students taking a second time admission on the basis of re-qualifying GATE or GPAT examination who have already availed the scholarship from AICTE or any other centrally funded institution.

The AICTE PG scholarship will be granted on a monthly basis that is based on their academic performance and adherence to institution regulations.

The candidates under the AICTE PG scholarship is required to take 8 to 10 hours of classes per week of work related to teaching and research activities as assigned to them by the particular institute.
