BSEB Warns Students & Parents Against Fraud Calls For Increasing 2024 Board Exam Marks

BSEB Official Notice Regarding Fake Calls: The Bihar Board of School Examination (BSEB) has successfully conducted the classes 10 and 12 board examinations for session 2024 from February 1, 2024, to February 23, 2024, and around 29 lakh students appeared for the examination.

As the examination is over, the students have started searching for the result date for the BSEB 2024 board exam, but today i.e. 5 March 2024, the board has released an official notice on its official Twitter account that the board is receiving complaints against fraud calls.

BSEB’s official Tweet reads that some anti-social media, posing as representatives of the committee, are demanding money from the general public through phone calls to increase the student’s marks in the Bihar board class 10 and 12 examinations 2024.

The board has asked the students and their parents to not get fooled by such calls and are advised to report this to the board and to the police.

Further, the notice added that the answer sheets of BSEB 2024 class 10 and 12 are completely barcoded and confidential so, it is not possible to convert marks in answer sheets at any level. That’s why it is clear that these anti-social elements are trying to commit unwanted acts and no the board is not involved in this.

BSEB stated that there is an appeal to the general public that if they receive any phone call regarding the above, they should immediately file an FIR against such people to the local police station by giving them their phone number or file a complaint in the concerned cyber crime cell.

The board also added that parents and students are also required to not fall into any kind of fraudulent calls as the board is not involved in such activities and indulging in these activities is a crime and strict actions may be taken against them.
