CDS 1 2024 Registration Started: The Union Public Service Commission has started the registration process for the UPSC CDS 1 2024 session examination on its official website at upsc.gov.in on 20 December 2023.

Candidates who are interested in the recruitment of commissioned officers in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Officers Training Academy (OTA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy are required to visit the official website of UPSC and register themselves for the CDS 1 2024 examination. 

Along with the registration the authority has also released the CDS 1 2024 official notification pdf and as per it last to apply is 9 January 2024.

The application fee for the CDS 1 examination 2024 is Rs 200 for general & OBC candidates while the female candidates and the candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories are exempted from paying the application fee for the exam.

Candidates are also informed that the document required for CDS 1 exam registration 2024 includes a class 10 & 12 passing certificate, govt-approved ID card, address proof, etc.

How To Register For CDS 1 2024

Candidates who want to register for the CDS 1 2024 examination must follow the steps mentioned below.

• Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in
• In the What’s New section, click on the link that reads “ Exam Notification: CDS (I), 2024”.
• Under the ‘Link’ section select the ‘Click Here’ option to apply for CDS 1 2024 exam.
• Afterward, a login window will appear on your screen.
• On the login window, click on the Register/New Registration option.
• Candidates are required to fill out their details and upload the documents required in the application form.
• After filling in all the necessary details, candidates can proceed with the payment of the registration fee for the CDS 1 exam 2024.
• Afterward, click on submit, and your CDS 1 2024 application form will be submitted.
• Candidates can take a printout of their form for future reference.
