CLAT 2023 Admit Card to be Released at 6 PM: As per the latest notification released by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) on the official website, the CLAT 2023 admit card will be released today after 6 PM through online mode.

Candidates will be able to download the CLAT 2023 admit card through online mode on the official website using allotted login credentials such as registered mobile number and password in the online portal.

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will release the CLAT 2023 admit card for registered candidates only through online mode.

However, giving give admission preferences to national law universities (NLUs) is a precondition for downloading the CLAT 2023 admit card through online mode on the official website.

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 exam will be held on December 18th, 2022 through offline-based mode from 2 PM to 4 PM.

There are 22 NLUs participating in the CLAT 2023 entrance examination. Candidates can select a minimum of five NLUs while giving admission preferences for CLAT 2023 on the official website. There is no limit on the maximum number of NLUs candidates can select for admission online.

Admission Preferences to NLUs

Giving admission preferences can be tricky as the CLAT 2023 exam is yet to be conducted by the authority on December 18th, 2022. Choosing an particular NLU becomes more complicated for the candidate as the consortium will consider candidates for admission to only those NLUs to which they give admission preference.

The candidates will not be considered for CLAT 2023 admission to remaining NLUs even if some seats are vacant in such NLUs and the candidates have a higher rank than the NLU cut off.

Therefore, candidates should carefully select the particular NLUs considering various factors such as course eligibility and fees, courses and seats offered by NLUs their ranking in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2022 for law schools, placement records and other such factors.

Candidates are suggested to keep visiting the official website of NLUs to download the CLAT 2023 admit card once released.
