CLAT 2023 First Allotment List: The Consortium of National Law Universities  (NLUs) released the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 counselling first allotment list today, January 18, 2023. Candidates will be able to access the seat allotment list on the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Applicants only need to click on the seat allotment list link that the authority will generate on Wednesday to access the CLAT 2023 First Seat Allotment List without having to log in.

After receiving a seat, candidates have the option to freeze, float, or opt out of the counselling session. The last day for admission under the initial admission list is January 22, 2023.

If a candidate is happy with allotted seat and wants to accept it then he/ she needs to click on “Freeze” option. The “float” option is available to candidates who have not received their first choice of NLU and wish to leave “open” the chance of receiving a higher preference.

A candidate has the option to “leave” the admissions counselling process if they decide they do not want to continue with it.

  • Under the same section, click on the link that reads, “1st Provisional Allotment List.”
  • Select your programme.
  • The first provisional merit list will appear on the screen in PDF format.
  • Check the details available on the allotment list.
  • Download and print a hard copy for future reference.

After downloading the seat allotment list, candidates must thoroughly check the details on the allotment list. In case of any error or issue, applicants must contact the authorities immediately.
