CUET UG 2023 Registration Date Extended: In a definitive move, the University Grants Commission Chairman Prof. Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar has announced the extension of the CUET PG 2023 registration dates. The official announcement was released in the light of the last date of registration which was supposed to be today, i.e., 19th April, 2023. As per the news, the candidates will now be able to register online for the post graduate programs through Common Universities Entrance Test till 5th May 2023.

Steps to Register for CUET PG 2023 Examination

Candidates who still haven’t registered for the CUET exam, must follow the steps mentioned below to register online:

• Login to the official website – cuet.nta.nic.in.
• You will enter the homepage of this site.
• Go through the “Candidate Activity” section available on the homepage.
• Under this section, press the “Registration for CUET (PG)-2023” link given.
• First, register yourself by clicking on the “New Registration” button in order to create a new user account.
• After completing the new registration process, log in using the generated credentials to proceed further.
• Now, fill up the “CUET PG 2023 Registration Form” & enter the required details in the given particulars.
• Upload the necessary documents & pay the registration fee.
• Once done, click the “Submit” button.
• Download the confirmation page & take a printout for further usage.

Why CUET PG 2023 Registration Deadline Extended?

You might be having the same question right? Well, the answer was clearly stated by the UGC Chairman. Prof. M Jagadesh Kuamr said that the reason behind extending the last date of registration for CUET PG was that many universities joined the CUET consensus after the registration date was over. Hence, to provide equal and viable opportunities to every student, the decision was taken. Now, the candidates will have more universities to select from which would in turn increase their chances of selection for their desired PG Program.

CUET PG Correction Window from 6th May

Candidates must note that the application correction window for the Common Universities Entrance Test for the Post Graduate Program will be open from 6th May 2023. The candidates will have a final chance of choosing the universities and the PG program they want to take admission in. After the closing of the correction window, their choices will be deemed as final.
