1- Nationality

• Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of staying permanently in India, or 
• A person of Indian heritage who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and the East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the purpose of establishing permanently in India.

2- Age Limit
