Agra Schools Will Open On This Date: The Agra DM Bhanu Chandra Goswami has announced that all the schools in Agra from class nursery to class 12 will remain closed.

The official notice was released by the office of the district magistrate on 10 October 2023, stating that, “In order to celebrate the historical Shri Ram Baraat and Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023, all government and private schools in Agra to remain closed on today 11 October 2023 and tomorrow 12 October 2023.

Today 11 October 2023 is the arrival of Ram Baraat in Agra’s Sanjay Place, where Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023 is celebrating this year. In order to avoid traffic congestion, educational institutions have been closed as a large number of people are expected to participate in the Shri Ram Baraat and Janakpuri Mahotsav.

When will the Agra schools reopen?

The closure of all colleges and schools in Agra up to class 12 has been ordered. The schools have received a formal directive that regular classes will resume on 13 October 2023.
