For the academic year 2024–2025, IIT Madras is in charge of the JAM 2024 counseling process, which is being held for admissions to over 3000 seats across 89 postgraduate programs at 21 IITs.

To check the admission list you are required to enter e-mail ID / Enrolment ID / Mobile No / Registration No and password on the login portal.
Those who want to accept the seat are required to log in to the JOAPS portal and make decisions on or before Tuesday 04th June 2024 (05:00 PM).
Candidates should note that if the seats remain vacant after the JAM 2024 first round of admission, a second admission list will be prepared on or before June 12, 2024.

Below are the steps that you can follow to view the admission list-
- Go to the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in
- The homepage will appear.
- Click on the “JAM 2024 First Admission Offer List is Released. Please login to JOAPS Portal and make your decision on or before Tuesday 04th June 2024 (05:00 PM)” link.
- A login window will appear on the screen.
- Enter the required details and click on “submit” option.
- The admission list pdf will be displayed on the screen.
- Check and save it for further use.

As per the official website, “There will be FOUR rounds of admission, in the normal case. If seats remain vacant, additional rounds may be conducted.”
Those candidates who will receive an offer in any of the rounds are required to log in at the website within the allotted time and choose one of the three options viz. (a) Accept and Freeze (b) Accept with Upgrade (c) Reject and Quit.
