JEE Main 2023 Shift 2 Exam Analysis: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 exams have already been started, by the National Testing Agency. Day 2 of the JEE Main 2023 session one test is today, January 25, 2023, and the shifts 1 and 2 exams have been successfully conducted.

The NTA is conducting the JEE Mains 2023 exams in 2 Shifts. The first (Morning) shift is from 9 am to 12 pm and the second ( Afternoon) is from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The JEE Main 2023 exam is conducted in two sessions (January & April). The exam is conducted in Computer Based Mode.

The National Testing Agency administers the JEE Main exam, which is a national-level test (NTA).

The test is administered to applicants seeking admission to the IITs, NITs, and IIITs’ undergraduate engineering programmes.

The overall exam was considered as easy to moderate. Mathematics section was moderate. More weightage was given to Algebra and Calculus. In the math section, questions came from definite integration, set, functions, and vector 3D. Some students termed the exam as lengthy as it have some numerical based questions.

Physics section was easy as same previous one. The physics questions were formula-based and direct in their points. Questions are asked from Gravitation, Rotational Motion, Work, Power and Energy, Wave Optics, Electrostatics, Modern Physics etc. Numerical based questions was easy.

According to the candidates, the majority of the questions were based on basic concepts from NCERT in the chemistry portion.

In terms of difficulty level, the Chemistry paper was easy to moderate. Inorganic and organic Chemistry has the most weightage throughout the paper. The topics with the most weight in the physics segment were Electrochemistry, Ionic Equilibrium, Atomic Structure.

NTA will administer JEE Main 2023 exams on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, and February 1 of 2023 for admission to BE and BTech engineering programmes.
