How to Fill JEECUP 2024 Application: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC) has started inviting applications for the JEECUP 2024 examination on, 8 January 2024, on its official website @jeecup.admissions.nic.in

Most of the candidates commit some mistakes while filling out their application forms for the JEECUP 2024 examination which results in the rejection of their application forms.

So, in this article, we are going to prob]vide you with a step-by-step procedure to fill out the JEECUP 2024 exam application form without any errors.

Steps To Fill Out JEECUP 2024 Registration Form

Candidates are required to follow the steps mentioned below to fill out their JEECUP 2024 application form.

Visit The Official Website

The first step while filling out the JEECUP 2024 registration form is to visit its official website @jeecup.admissions.nic.in from where the candidates will get the link to the JEECUP 2024 exam application forms.

After visiting the official website of the JEECUP 2024 exam, candidates are required to click on the link that reads “JEECUP Application Form Submission 2024”.

Step 1: Registration Form

Under this step, candidates will have to click on the “Fresh Candidate Registration” if they have not completed their one-time registration process. After clicking on the fresh candidate registration, a new page will appear on your screen on which, all the details about the exam, fees, and eligibility criteria will be written on it.

The candidate needs to click on the Agree button and then fill out their registration form with all the necessary details about the candidate’s name, father’s name, contact details, email ID, and password.

After filling out the registration form, the candidate will be provided with an application number and password. 

Then on the homepage of the website, candidates need to ‘Sign In’ using their JEECUP 2024 application number and password provided to them at the time of the fresh candidate registration.

Step 2: Application Form

After signing in to their candidate’s account, the JEECUP 2024 examination application form will appear on your screen. Candidates are required to fill out all the details mentioned on the application form very carefully before submitting the form.

Details that a candidate needs to fill in their JEECUP 2024 application form.

1. Personal Details: Personal details include the name of the candidate, parents’ name, and date of birth of the applicant.

2. Address Details: Address details include all the necessary details about the permanent address and correspondence address of the applicant like the house number, locality, name of the city, district name, state name, nationality, etc.

3. Educational Details: Educational details include the details regarding the educational qualification of a candidate, the name of the institute, recognised board name, passing year, and the passing percentage of the applicant.

Step 3: Documents Uploading

After the successful completion of the above 2 steps for the JEECUP 2024 application form filling, candidates are required to upload the documents required in the application form.

These include:-

1. A passport-sized coloured photograph of a candidate.
2. Signature of the candidate.
3. 10 & 12 passing certificate/marksheet of the candidate.
4. Photo ID proof and address proof of the candidate (aadhar card, passport, PAN card, etc.)
5. Category certificate.
6. PwD certificate (If liable).

It should be noted that the documents to be uploaded in the JEECUP 2024 application form should be scanned and in a JPG, JPEG format. Any unscanned document will not be submitted by the authority.

It is to be noted that the size of the passport-sized image of the candidate that is to be uploaded in the JEECUP 2024 application form must be greater than 4kb and less than 100 kb whereas, the size of the signature of the candidate must be greater than 1 kb and less than 30 kb.

Step 4: Fee Payment

The last step for the JEECUP 2024 application form filling is to fill out the application form fees for the examination.

It is to be noted that the application form fees for the JEECUP 2024 examination are Rs 300 (+ bank charges) for General and OBC candidates whereas, the fees for the SC and ST candidates are Rs 200 plus bank charges.

The JEECUP 2024 application fees are required to be submitted through debit/credit card, internet banking, bhim UPI, NEFT, and through SBI branch payment. Fees submitted through any other mode will not be acceptable to the authority.
