Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fees of Rs.800 (Rs.400 for SC/ST Male applicants and Rs.400 for Non-SC/ST Female applicants) online to complete the JEST 2023 application.
Female SC/ST applicants are exempt from paying the application fee.
JEST 2023 exam date (tentative) is March 11, 2023.

How to Apply for JEST 2023
- Visit jest.org.in to access the official JEST website.
- On the homepage, click the “Apply” link.
- It will direct you to a login portal.
- Click on the “Register Yourself” tab.
- Now, click on the “Start” tab and fill out the registration form.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
- Enter the received OTP to complete the application form.
- Upload the required documents and pay the application fees.
- Download and print a hard copy of the form for your records.
Applicants seeking admission to one of the Participating Institutes for a Ph.D / Integrated Ph.D Programme in Physics, Theoretical Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Computational Biology may take JEST-2023.
