MCC Releases Notice: Allows Initialization of Admission for Students Allotted Seats in INI-SS, NEET SS Counselling; Get Details Here

NEET SS Counselling 2022 Round-1: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), has today posted a notice for the NEET SS Counseling 2022 aspirants on its official website, mcc.nic.in.

According to the notice, the MCC has received applications from individuals whose seats were assigned through the INI SS Entrance Examination administered by the AIIMS and other participating AIIMS PGIMER, JIPMER, and NIMHANS as well as through the MCC.

Therefore, the competent body has decided to allow initialization without forfeiture for seats allocated to such candidates in Round 1 of SS Counselling 2022, which was conducted by MCC, in the greater interest of such candidates.

Since withdrawal is not permitted after Round 1 of the selection process, the facility will be available from December 21, 2022, to December 22, 2022, so that they can accept the allotted seat in INIs through counselling conducted by AIIMS.

Registrations for the second round of NEET SS Counselling are currently open. The registration period started on December 19, 2022, and will end on December 24, 2022 at noon.

A payment option is open till December 24, 2022 at 3 p.m.

Choice filling is also open from December 19 and be available until 11.55 on December 24, while choice locking will begin at 4 pm on December 24 and last until 11.55 pm on December 24.

Steps to Register for NEET SS 2022 Round 2 Counselling

To register for the NEET SS 2022 Round 2 counselling process, follow the procedures below:

• Visit the NEET SS official website at mcc.nic.in.
• Click the “Super Speciality Counseling” tab on the site.
• On the next page, select the “New Candidate Registration” tab.
• Again select “New Candidate Registration” from the menu now.
• Enter the necessary information to register for counselling.
• Once registered, log in using your roll number and password.
• Enter the information and upload the required documents.
• Fill out the form and pay the registration fee for counselling.
• Print a copy of the form for your records.

Candidates should take note that those who wish to have their admission initialised must email their INI SS allotment letter to MCC at [email protected] by 12 p.m. on December 21, 2022.

Applicants must collect the original documents from the college to which they have been assigned for MCC’s counselling sessions.
