How to Fill NATA 2024 Application Form

The NATA 2024 application form is broadly categorized into three steps: filling of personal details, document uploading & fee payment.

The authorities often reject NATA 2024 application forms due to common mistakes. Follow the steps in this article to avoid errors and register successfully.

Step 1 – New Registration

• Go to the NATA 2024 official website at nta.in
• On appearing the homepage of the official website, click on the “NATA 2024 registration link”.
• Enter name, father’s name, mother’s name, valid email ID, mobile number, security question date of birth, and aadhar number.
• Set a password (password should consist of at least 8-13 letters including 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 symbol, and 1 number)
• Review the details and click on the “sign in button” button.

NOTE: After completing the registration the email address will be verified by the system via a link sent to your email, which will be used as your username. At this stage, you will also need to choose a password, which should be kept confidential for future use.

Step 2- Submit Personal Details

After the successful login, the NATA application number will be generated and displayed on the NATA 2024 application form. Continue following the steps below:

• Fill out your personal details and click on “save and continue.”
• Now enter the “communication address.”
• Select the NATA 2024 exam, examination centre and exam shift.
• Now again click on “save and continue.”

Education qualification: Now provide details such as your passing status for 10th and 12th standards, course/stream name, board/university, year of passing, pin code and marks/percentages obtained in the 10+2th standard exam.

After entering all the details, you will need to click on “Save and Continue”.

Step 3- Uploading Image

• In order to complete the NATA 2024 application form, candidates must upload their scanned photograph, signature, and a valid ID document from Gov.
• Once the images are uploaded, candidates must click on “Confirm and Submit”. Please note that if the images are not uploaded correctly, the application form will be rejected by the authorities.

The images must be uploaded according to the specifications provided by the authorities:

• Photograph: File Size – 4 to 100 KB and File Dimension – 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm.
• Signature: File Size – 1 to 30 KB and File Dimension – 1.5 cm x 3.5 cm.

NOTE: Recent passport-size photograph in colour with both ears visible and front view only – jpg /
jpeg format.

After successfully uploading the documents review the NATA 2024 application and if you don’t have any error in details click on “save and continue.”

Step 4- Declaration and Payment

• Select the payment gateway and click on “Proceed to payment.”
• Now pay the necessary application fee online through cash, cheque/DD, net banking, credit card/debit card and UPI.

After successful completion of the NATA 2024 application payment process, a confirmation page will be generated. Take a print copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

The Council of Architecture (COA) will conduct the NATA 2024 examination will begin from 6 April 2024 onwards and the NATA 2024 test shall be held on all Saturdays and Sundays starting from April to July 2024 in two sessions in the notified cities at the allotted Centres.
