The official date has not been announced yet but there are chances that NEET 2023 may not be held in May.

As per the report, the NEET UG Examination may be held in the month of May soon after the NMC published the revised MBBS Academic Calendar.

The calendar claims that the first-year students who have been admitted this year would conclude on 15th December, 2023. The point is that the academic year for medical education is decided centrally & followed by all colleges. This is also applicable to the new students who would apply next year.

Accordingly, it can be suggested that NEET UG Counselling might conclude by the First week of November. If MCC takes two months for counselling, it is expected that the examination would be held prior to 3 to 4 months.

Simple mathematics suggests that the NEET 2023 Exam is most likely towards the end of June or maybe in July. Organising the exam in May would expect that the result would be announced by June or July. This results in creating a gap between the new admissions.

Experts have also pointed out that the Health Ministry would want to compensate for the time destroyed during the pandemic.

However, we all are eagerly waiting for the authority to disclose the NEET 2023 Dates. The Exam will be held to offer admission into medical programmes. Around 18 lakh students appeared in the NEET 2022.
