NEET UG 2024 Qualification Codes 1 – 7 Details
Candidates check the following codes mentioned below for the NEET UG 2024 qualification:
Code 01: A candidate who is taking the qualifying examination, i.e. class 12 in 2024, and whose results are awaited, may apply and attempt the NEET UG 2024 exam, but he/she will not be eligible for admission to the undergraduate medical courses if the qualifying examination is not passed with the required pass percentage at the time of the first round of the NEET UG 2024 Counselling.
Code 02: This code applies to candidates who have completed 12 years of study and passed the higher/senior secondary exam or the Indian school certificate exam, which is comparable to the class 12 exam. Candidates should be aware that the last two years of their studies must comprise physics, chemistry, biology/bio-technology (with practical tests), and mathematics or any other elective subject with English as a main subject.
Candidates who have completed their qualifying test or class 12th with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English must select this code.
Candidates who have passed Class 12 from open school or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the NEET UG 2024. Furthermore, a study of Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject at the class 12 level also shall not be permissible.*
Code 03: If you have passed a pre-degree exam in science from an Indian university/board, including physics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, and English (as a compulsory subject) along with practical tests in the three science subjects.
Code 04: This code applies if the candidate has passed any pre-professional/pre-medical exam after completing class 12, including practical examinations.
Code 05: Candidates pursuing any UG degree course and in the first year of a three-year degree program at a recognized university. The three-year degree program must include physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and practical tests in these subjects, provided the examination is a university exam and the candidate passed the previous qualifying examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English at a level not lower than a core course.
Code 06: B.Sc. exam of an Indian university provided that the candidate has passed the B.Sc. exam with at least two of the subjects physics, chemistry, biology (botany, zoology) biotechnology and the candidate has passed the previous qualifying examination with physics, chemistry, biology, and English.
Code 07: If you have taken any other test except class 12 (such as pre-university college) where practical assessments were conducted. NEET UG 2024 candidates who have taken the qualifying exam in another nation are likewise able to use this qualifying code.
