Recently, the NTA has suggested 3 tentative dates for NEET UG 2023 Exam, according to some reports.

Accordingly, the three tentative dates are 28th May, 11th June & 18th June, 2023. The NTA states that there are high chances of conducting the examination latest by June in order to adjust the academic calendar.

NEET UG 2023 Exam: Preparation Strategy

Take a look at the following tips & tricks to qualify the NEET UG 2023 Examination –

  • Know the Exam Pattern – The most important method is to understand the Exam Pattern in order to succeed in the NEET UG 2023 Exam. Through this, candidates will get knowledge about the marking scheme, number & type of questions, etc. The pattern has been mentioned below –
    • The exam will be conducted in Pen & Paper based mode (offline).
    • Candidates will be given 3 hrs & 20 mins to solve the question paper.
    • The exam will include a total of 200 questions out of which 180 questions need to be solved containing total marks – 720 marks.
    • It will consist of four sections – Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology.
    • 4 marks will be allowed for each right answer while 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • Read Study Materials & Best Books – Make sure to select the appropriate study material while preparing for the examination. As the syllabus of the NEET is wide & there are a number of study materials available to prepare for the exam. The NCERT Books are the most important material which can be considered for the preparation.
  • Manage a Customized & Realistic Study Timetable – First, create a realistic timetable & follow it with strict discipline. Keep your priorities at the top level & make a timetable for long study hours. Don’t get distracted during study time & take regular breaks to refresh your mind.
  • Understand the Syllabus – Those who are planning to appear in the exam, they should get familiar with the syllabus. Understand the topics & try to focus on the important ones which will lead to saving time.
  • Revise Regularly – During the preparation, make a habit of revising regularly in order to remember the topics for a long duration.
  • Practise Mock Tests – The exam will include a total of 200 questions & candidates will be allocated 3 hrs & 20 mins to solve the question paper. So, time management is a must trick for every candidate. Practising Mock Tests will help the candidates to achieve proper time management.

However, NTA is supposed to announce the date only by January 2023 while the Registration process is expected to start on 1st February, 2023.
