The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the list of colleges that will start new PG medical courses for postgraduate students in the upcoming 2024-25 session. Along with this, the authority has released the list of colleges who has increased the seats for PG admissions.

Candidates who want to check the list of colleges that have increased their seats or have opted for any new PG subject for the students can visit the official website of NMC @nmc.org.in to check it.

The list issued by the NMC includes more than 300 colleges introducing fresh postgraduate programs which include areas like Immunology, Haematology and Blood Transfusion, Nephrology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Forensic Medicine.

Candidates who want to check the list of colleges released by the NMC are required to follow the steps mentioned below.

• Visit the official website of NMC @nmc.org.in
• Then on the homepage, go to the ‘What’s new section’ and click on the ‘View all’ tab.
• A new page will appear on your screen.
• Now click on the link that reads, “Processing of applications for starting of New PG Medical courses and Increase of seats in PG Medical courses for Academic Year 2024-25”
• A PDF will appear on your screen.
• Candidates can check the PDF and download it for further use.
