UGC Chief Asks Central Universities to Implement CUET-PG from Upcoming Academic Session, Know Details and Steps to Register for CUET 2023

CUET PG 2023: M Jagadesh Kumar, the chief of the University Grants Commission (UGC), asked all central universities on Tuesday to start using the CUET-PG as of the upcoming academic year. The important entrance exam’s postgraduate edition is not required for central universities, in comparison to CUET-UG.

The CUET-PG will be held for the academic year 2023-2024 from June 1 to June 10. “The National Testing Agency has been tasked with conducting the CUET-UG and PG (NTA).

How To Register for CUET 2023

Fill up the CUET 2023 registration form by following the instructions below:

  • Go to cuet.nta.nic.in to access the official website.
  • Visit the “Candidate Activity” section on the homepage.
  • Select “Register for CUET 2023” from the menu.
  • The screen will show a registration portal.
  • Enter the required details to generate login credentials.
  • Now login using the generated credentials.
  • Complete the registration form and include all necessary documentation.
  • Review the application and submit the required fees.
  • After completing, select “Submit” button.
  • Download and print a hard copy for your records.

The Executive Council of the University of Delhi (DU) recently announced a resolution requiring that CUET scores alone be used to determine admissions for all undergraduate and graduate programmes for the academic year 2023–24.

Jamia Millia Islamia, on the other hand, has established a committee to decide whether to apply CUET in UG admissions.
