UPSC CDS 2023 Exam Notification – The UPSC CDS 2023 Exam Notification has been released. On the other hand, the authority has already released the CDS 1 Online Application Form on 21st December, 2022.

As per the exam notification, candidates have to meet their eligibility conditions in order to be eligible for the examinations.

Those who are interested & eligible can fill out the application forms from the ​​UPSC’s official website i.e., upsc.gov.in.

Candidates are required to pay the UPSC CDS 1 2023 Application Fee of Rs. 200/- whereas the SC/ST/Female candidates are exempted from paying the fee. The fee can be paid via offline or online mode using a Debit/Credit card, Net banking, etc.

UPSC CDS 2023 Exam Notification

1. Candidates must have to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for the Examination.
2. It is essential for the candidates to register first at the One Time Registration (OTR) Platform available on the website. After that, they can proceed to fill out the UPSC CDS 1 2023 Application Form. OTR has to be registered only once in a lifetime.
3. The online application forms can be filled out till 10th January, 2023 (up to 6:00 pm) whereas the online application forms can be withdrawn from 18th January to 24th January, 2023.
4. The e-Admit Card will be issued three weeks before the commencement of the examination. It will be made available to download from the Commission’s official website.
5. There will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong attempts by the candidates.
6. During the examination, the use of a mobile phone or any electronic gadget is strictly prohibited.

The UPSC CDS 1 2023 Examination will be held on 16th April, 2023 with a time duration of 2 hours.

UPSC CDS (Combined Defence Services) 1 2023 Examination will be held to provide entrance into the field of defence in order to fill out 341 vacancies all over India. It is administered by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
