As per the official notice, Interested & eligible candidates can apply for the UPSC CMS Recruitment 2023 from 9th May, 2023. Candidates need to apply online by logging into the UPSC’s official portal. They need to register first at One Time Registration (OTR) platform & then move forward to fill the application form.

OTR has to be registered only once in a lifetime. This can be accessed anytime throughout the year. If anyone is already registered, he/she can directly proceed for filling up the application form.

However, the Admit Card will be issued three weeks before the commencement of the examination on the UPSC’s official portal. No admit card will be sent by post.

UPSC CMS Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure the following eligibility norms in order to be eligible for the UPSC CMS Recruitment 2023 –

• Nationality – Candidates must be a citizen of India or Nepal or Bhutan OR a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
• Education Qualification – Candidates must have passed the written & practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.
• Physical & Medical Standards – Candidates must be physically & medically fit as oer the physical/medical standards for the CMS Examination, 2023.
• Age Limit – Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years as on 1st August, 2023. In other words, candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1991.

*Age Relaxation of 5 years for the SC/ST, 3 years (OBC) & 5 years (Ex-servicemen).
