GATE 2024 Marking Scheme
The GATE examination for session 2024 has 65 questions in 2 sections. The examination is done for 100 marks where every correct answer is awarded for either 1 or 2 marks.
It is to be noted that there is also a negative marking in the GATE 2024 examination. ⅓ mark will be deducted for every 1 mark incorrect MCQ question whereas, ⅔ is deducted for every 2 marks incorrect MCQ question.
Candidates must remember that there is no negative marking for wrong answers to MSQ and NAT questions & there is no partial marking for any question.
