JEE Main 2024 Session Major Changes: For the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main session 2024 there have been a few changes made by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in some fields.

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, the JEE Main 2024 official notification, information bulletin, and syllabus PDF were made available. On the same day, JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration was also commenced.

However, the JEE Mains exam dates were released through the NTA exam calendar 2024 in the month of September 2023. The JEE Main 2024 session 1 exam will be held between 24 January & 1 February 2024 and session 2 between 1 April & 15 April 2024.

For the JEE Main session, 2024 changes have been made to the syllabus, new official website, registration fees etc.

Major Changes In JEE Main 2024 Examination

Below are the list of field and changes that are been done for the JEE Main 2024 session-

• JEE Main 2024 Official Website: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has updated the website for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024. The new JEE Main official website is now jeemain.nta.ac.in Earlier, all the important information was hosted on jeemain.nta.nic.in, which was managed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC). However, the NTA has introduced its dedicated platform for JEE Main 2024.

• JEE Main 2024 Syllabus: The JEE Main syllabus has been reduced for 2024. A few chapters have been removed from the syllabus, and no new topics have been added.

• JEE Main 2024 Registration Fee: As per the information bulletin released by the NTA, there is also a decrease in the registration fee for the JEE Main exam 2024 as compared to the JEE Main 2023 examination. The authority has reduced the registration fee for the general EWS candidates and the OBC candidates from Rs 1000 (for males), and 800 (for females) to Rs 900 (for males) and 800 (for females) candidates.
