NEET PG 2024 Exam Postponed, Due to Alleged Paper Leaks

Another major medical entrance exam has been postponed, on Saturday the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) announced postponing the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 session.

NEET PG 2024 was set to be held on 23 June 2024 and one day before the exam on 22 June the exam being postponed was declared. The official has stated that the “Government has taken the decision in the best interests of the students and to maintain the sanctity of the examination process”.

National Board of Education in Medical Science (NBE) on its official website natboard.edu.in has released a notice regarding the exam being postponed.

Fresh dates for the NEET PG 2024 exam will be announced shortly and the inconvenience caused to the students is regretted reads the notice.

Candidates are informed that NBE and the Health Ministry till now has not clearly said that the reason behind the NEET PG 2024 exam postponement is a paper leak.

The decision to not conduct the exam was taken because of the recent allegation and controversy regarding the integrity of the conduct of “certain competitive examinations.”

Thousands of medical aspirants have been affected due to the exam being postponed and students are raising their concerns regarding their future and the carelessness of the educational system over Twitter by posting videos and posts.
