When Will MCC begin NEET UG 2024 Counselling? Candidates Awaits Notification

NEET UG Counselling Update 2024: The National Testing Agency has previously informed the Supreme Court that the NEET UG 2024 session counselling will be on 06 July 2024. But now the counselling is delayed till 8 July 2024.

NEET aspirants are eagerly waiting for counselling in 2024. The NEET UG 2024 session results were results on 04 and 30 June and the next process after the result is the commencement of the counselling process.

The NEET counselling is conducted by the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) and all the details from notification, schedule, seat allotment, and all the updates will be released at mcc.nic.in

Till now no official dates regarding the commencement of the NEET counselling have been announced but “the apex court led by CJI DY Chandrachud along with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra will hear various NEET UG 2024 pleas on July 8”.

So it is expected that NEET UG all-India quota (AIQ) seat counselling will begin after 2nd week of July 2024. Candidates should also note that NTA will not cancel the NEET UG 2024 exam as it will affect a lot of candidates future.

Who Is Eligible For NEET UG Counselling

All the candidates who have taken the NEET UG 2024 exam and have passed the exam are the ones who will be eligible to take part in the counselling process. The NEET counselling will be held in online mode.

There will be 3 seat allotment rounds and 1 stray vacant round for the NEET counselling and seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their All India Rank and selection college.
