CBSE Board Guidelines For Practical Examination Marks 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) has issued an official notice to all the school authorities and school administrations to upload the student’s practical marks for the CBSE board exam 2024 correctly.

It is also stated by the CBSE that, while uploading the practical assessment marks for session 2024 of class 10 and 12 students, it is the responsibility of the school to ensure that the marks uploaded by them are correct.

In addition to this, the official notice of the board also stated that the CBSE board 2024 internal assessment marks uploaded on the portal once, can not be changed later.

To avoid these mistakes, the board previously issued a marks distribution circular and instructions to conduct the practical examinations for winter-bound schools.

Instructions For the Conduct Of CBSE Board 2024 Practical Exams

To conduct the practical examinations for the CBSE board 2024 examinations, the following precautions must be taken by the school’s principal to avoid any mistakes in the practical examination for class 10, and 12 session 2024.

• Once the practical examination 2024 for class 10, 12 is going to start, the examiner make sure that they are aware of the CBSE’s practical examination rules and regulations.
• They must verify the details of the marks as well as the bifurcation of marks from the curriculum document.
• The 2024 practical examination for class 10, and 12 students should be conducted carefully and marks should be awarded based on the marks allotted to different activities in the Practical/Project/Internal Assessment.  
• Before uploading the CBSE 2024 practical marks on the board portal, the principal should verify from both the Internal and External examiners that the marks have been awarded correctly out of the maximum marks allotted for the subject. 
• Schools may also take further precautions to conduct the CBSE board practical exam 2024 properly as the marks will not be modified or edited thereafter.

Previously, the High Court rejected the student’s requests to allow corrections in the CBSE board practical assessment marks once the marks in uploaded in the portal.
