Do you know, that every year, many candidates face the NEET UG application form rejection as they meet some issues in the payment of the registration fees for the examination? Are you also facing the same issue?

The NTA has scheduled to conclude the registration process for the NEET UG 2024 examination on 9 March 2024 whereas, the last date to pay the registration fees for the exam is the same but time different.

The authority has also provided the candidates with the facility of paying the NEET UG 2024 application fees either at the time of registration or on any other day before the deadline. NEET registration form can be submitted up to 05:00 PM and feels can be paid till 11:50 PM.

So, in answer to the candidate’s payment-related queries, the NTA has provided some helpline numbers that can be used by candidates to resolve their payment and registration fee releated queries and issues.

According to the NEET UG 2024 information bulletin, in case, the fee payment status for the examination is not ‘OK’, or the confirmation page of the online application is not generated even after the fee payment, the candidate is advised to contact the helpline number/email of the concerned
bank, as mentioned below:-

If the payment issue of the candidate is still not resolved, and the candidate has paid the NEET UG 2024 registration fees for the second time. The registration fees will be immediately refunded by the NTA through the same payment mode by which the duplicate payment is received, after the fee
reconciliation by NTA.
