Candidates can start to register themselves for the exam by visiting the NEET UG 2024 official website @neet.ntaonline.in

Steps To Fill NEET UG 2024 Application Form

As per the NEET UG 2024 information bulletin, the NEET UG 2024 application form is divided into 7 major parts, i.e. registration page, application page, educational details, additional details, parent’s income details, uploading documents, and registration fees.

Candidates are required to follow the below-mentioned steps to fill out their NEET UG 2024 application form whereas, the information bulletin has also provided the screenshots of every page that is going to open by following the below-mentioned steps.

Registration Page

• Go to the official website of NEET UG 2024 @neet.ntaonline.in
• The candidates who are applying for the NEET UG 2024 examination for the first time are required to click on the “ New Candidates Register Here”.
• After clicking on the “New Candidates Register Here”, a new page will appear on your screen. Candidates will get instructions and procedures for online submission of application forms on the new page.
• Candidates have to click on the declaration box in order to fill out the registration form.
• Then the candidates have to select an appropriate document to complete their registration process and to create the login credentials.
• Candidates can select between aadhar cards, digi locker account, academic bank of credit ID, passport, and PAN cards to complete their registration process.
• After selecting a document for the registration process, the candidate has to enter their document ID number i.e. aadhar number, digi locker’s verification code, PAN card number, etc to generate the OTP.
• After generating the OTP, candidates have to validate the OTP and click on the ‘Proceed’ option.
• After the completion of the OTP verification, the NEET UG 2024 registration form will appear on your screen.
• In the NEET UG 2024 registration from, candidates are required to enter their “personal details i.e. name, parent’s name, DOB, gender, nationality, identity type, and ID number”, “address details i.e. house name, locality, country, pin code, mobile number, and email address”.
• After submitting all the details, candidates are required to set a login password and click on the “Submit” option.
• In the next step, check out the registration form and click on the self-declaration box and submit the NEET UG 2024 registration form. 
• After clicking on the submit option, a confirmation box will appear on your screen, in which the candidates have to click on the “Yes” option to get the OTP on your mentioned email ID.
• After verifying the OTP, the candidate will be registered for the NEET UG 2024 examination.

Application Page

• After completing the registration, the candidates have to go back to the official website of NEET UG 2024 @neet.ntaonline.in and go to the login window to log in as registered candidates.
• Candidates are required to enter the password which they have set at the time of the registration process.
• Once done, click on the “login” option and a new page will appear to your screen.
• On the new page click on “Complete application form” and the NEET UG 2024 application form will appear on your screen.
• On the first page of the NEET UG 2024 application form, tap on the “Agree” option and click the “Save & Next” option.
• On the next page, candidates have to mention their contact details, click on the “Agree” option at the last, and then click on Save and the next tab.
• On the 3rd page, candidates have to mention their personal details, click on the declaration box, and proceed to the next page.
• Then the candidates have to mention, whether they belong to the PwD category or not and proceed towards the next page.
• At last, the candidates have to select their exam centres for the NEET UG 2024 examination and also have to select the medium of the exam paper which they want to have in the examination.

Educational Details

• In this part of the NEET UG 2024 application form, candidates have to mention their class 10, 11 and 12 educational details including the qualifying year, passing, percentages, class 10, and 12 roll number, examination state, school’s name, subjects name & the total marks for each subject, and the type of the student.
• After filling out all the necessary details about the educational details in the NEET UG 2024 examination, candidates have to click on the decoration box and then proceed to the next step.

Additional Details

• Now, the candidates have to enter their additional details as if they have any twin brother/sister or not or if they appeared for the NEET UG examination prior to this.
• Then a declaration box will appear at the end of the page, candidates have to click on the box and then click on the “Save & Next” option for the next page.

Documents Upload

Candidates have to upload the relevant documents that the authority has mentioned in the NEET UG 2024 application form. It is to be noted that the documents that are to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2024 application form are scanned and follow the below-listed specifications.

• Photo: a passport-sized image in JPG or JPEG format will be uploaded in the NEET UG 2024 application form. The minimum size of the photo will be 10 Kb and the maximum size will be 200 KB.
• Signature: The signature of a candidate should be done on a white paper and uploaded in the JPG or JPEG format. The preferred size of the signature is 4 Kb to 30 Kb.
• Address Proof: Candidates have to attach an address proof document in the NEET UG 2024 application form to prove their residential status/details. The document should be uploaded in a PDF format where as the size of the document will be 50Kb to 300 Kb.
• Finger’s & Thumb Impression of Both Hands: The impressions that are uploaded in the application form will be uploaded in the JPG and JPEG format of size 4Kb to 30 Kb.
• Class 10 Passing Certificate: The passing certificate of the candidate will be uploaded in a PDF format of size 50 KB to 300 KB.

Once done, click on the submit option and then on the Save and Next option.

Application Fees

• The last step to apply for the NEET UG 2024 examination is to pay the NEET UG 2024 registration fees.
• The payable application fees will appear on the candidate’s screen automatically. 
• Candidates have to click on the “Pay Now” option and select the mode of payment.
• Once done, candidates should pay the NEET UG 2024 registration fees on the allotted time, otherwise the payment page will get expire.
• Once, done with all this, click on the Submit option and your NEET UG 2024 application form will get submitted.
