AYUSH NEET PG Counselling 2023 Round 2: AACCC Added 117 AIQ Seats

AYUSH NEET PG 2023 Counselling Round 2 AIQ Seats Update: The Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has freshly added 117 All Indian Quota (AIQ) seats in the AYUSH National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) 2023 round 2 counselling.

A notice on PG-AIQ (Unani) seat Reduction for R-2 has also been made available for candidates on the official website at aaccc.gov.in 

The registration process for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling was started on 19 October 2023. Candidates must make sure that the registration process for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling will continue till 24 October 2023. 

The officials noted, “Candidates cannot claim virtual vacancies, therefore it is advised to take calculated decisions and fill choices of colleges carefully in Round-2”. 

The AACCC has added AIQ seats for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling in Ayurved, Unani, and Homeopathy streams.

There are a total of 6 colleges added across different states of India. A total of 3 colleges in government and deemed Ayurveda colleges from Gujarat, Karnataka, and Maharastra contain 21 seats. 

There are a total of two colleges in CU/NI Unani from Karnataka and Jammu & Kashmir contain 75 seats making it the largest group. Finally, one college deemed homeopathy from Tamil Nadu contains 21 seats.

The officials said that the reason for adding extra seats in the AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling is to ensure equal opportunity to all the candidates who joined in round-1 for upgradation in round-2. 

AYUSH NEET PG 2023 Round 2 Counselling Eligibility Criteria 

Check the eligibility criteria set by AACCC for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling:

Candidates who are:

• Newly registered candidates for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 2 counselling
• Candidates who have registered for AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 1 counselling but did not get any seats.
• Candidates who have been allotted the seats in round 1 but requested for upgradation in round 2.
• Candidates who have been allotted seats in round 1 but did not join/reported to the respective colleges.
• Candidates who have resigned from the seat allotted in the AYUSH NEET PG 2023 round 1 counselling.
