CAT 2023 Registration Ongoing: The Indian Institute of Management has started the registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2023). Aspiring Candidates interested in the examination can register themselves from the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

The registration process started on 2 August 2023 at 10 AM and the last date to get register for CAT 2023 is September 13.

According to the officials, the admit card for the examination will be issued on October 25. IIM Lucknow will conduct the CAT 2023 exam in three slots on November 26 in the different centres allotted.

The admission fee to apply for IIM CAT 2023 is ₹1,200 if you’re from SC, ST, or PwD category. For others, it’s ₹2,400.

Steps To Register for CAT 2023

• Go to the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
• On the homepage click on the “New Candidate Registration for CAT 2023”.
• Fill up the details and create a username and password for your CAT account.
• You will receive OTP in your registered mobile number or email. Enter the OTP to verify your account information.
• Register yourself and proceed to fill out the application form.
• Pay the application fee required.
• Submit the form and take out the printout for future reference.

Candidates who want to appear in the CAT 2023 examination must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum percentile score of 50% or equivalent CGPA.

CAT 2023 result is likely to come out in the second week of January 2024. These scores will be valid till December 31, 2024.

CAT candidates can’t all go through the same counselling. Once you pass the exam, you need to apply separately to the college you’re interested in. There might be some specific entrance tests to get admission to the colleges.
