FMGE 2024 Exam Date Out, December Registration Begin Soon

FMGE 2023 December Examination Registration: The National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) has released the FMGE 2023 December and 2024 session exam date for the first half of the year 2024 on Thursday, 9 Nov 2023. 

As per the NBEMS 2024 exam calendar, the FMGE 2023 December examination is scheduled to be conducted on 20 January 2024 and the FMGE June 2024 session exam will take place on30th June 2024.

The examination dates for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination(FMGE) session 2023 and 2024 may change as the calendar is tentative in nature. 

As per the trends, the authority will start the registration process for the FMGE 2023 December examination a month before the scheduled exam dates. So, this year the registration process for the FMGE 2023 December exam is likely to start in the first week of December.

As per the current schedule, the Screening Test is conducted by the NBEMS biannually. The last session of FMGE was conducted on 30 July 2023.

FMGE 2023 December Exam Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to register themselves for the FMGE 2023 December examination, make sure that they meet all the requirements of the examination.

• The candidate must be a citizen of India or an overseas citizen of India.
• The candidate should possess a primary medical qualification, which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned, to be a recognized qualification for enrolment as a medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is situated.
• Candidates must note that they must submit proof /documentary evidence that clarifies the result of the final examination for such a primary medical qualification was declared on or before the cut-off date.
• Candidates who have completed their undergraduate medical qualification from the below-mentioned countries do not have to appear for FMGE for registration with MCI, provided they are eligible to enroll as medical practitioners in the respective country.

Application Procedure For FMGE December Exam 2023

Candidates who want to apply for the FMGE December examination 2023, are required to follow the step-by-step process of filling out the application form for the same.

When the authority starts inviting applications for the FMGE December exam 2023, candidates first, need to register themselves as “New Candidates” from the homepage of the official website. In this process, the active mobile number, e-mail ID, and govt. approved ID proof of the candidate is required.

Afterward, a “User ID” and “Password” are provided to them, and then from the homepage of the official website of NBEMS, the candidate is required to log in to their respective accounts using their  “User ID” and “Password”, to fill out the FMGE December exam 2023 application form.
