Candidates who want to make changes to their GATE 2024 application form, can do so by visiting the official website of GATE at gate2024.iisc.ac.in once the portal is open for correction.

The information was released on the official Twitter account of “GATE 2024”, that the application portal for GATE 2024 (GOAPS) will be available for modification of application, with fee as applicable, from 18th November to 24th November, 2023.
In the GATE 2024 application correction window, only a few sections are allowed to change by the candidates.

GATE 2024 Application Correction Fees
The authority has also disclosed the fee for making changes to the GATE 2024 application form. The official tweet says:-
- Candidates who want to make changes in their names, DOB, exam city, and existing papers have to pay a sum of Rs 500.
- If the candidates want to change their gender to female, the fee is Rs 500 whereas the fee is Rs 1400 if they want to change their gender from female to any other.
- Changes from PwD/Dislexic to non-PwD/Dislexic will be charged Rs 1400.
- Change in category to SC/ST will cost Rs 500 whereas Rs 1400 will be charged if the candidates want to change the category from SC/ST to any other.
- Candidates who want to edit their college name, roll number, and registration numbers will pay Rs 500 as their GATE 2024 application form correction fees.
As per the official website’s important dates section, they have announced that the GATE 2024 examination is scheduled to be held on 3, 4, 10, and 11 February 2024.
