Is NEET PG 2024 Registration Starting In Jan? Exam on 7 July 

NEET PG 2024 Registration Updates: The National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) has rescheduled the exam dates for the NEET PG 2024 session through a notice released on the official website at nbe.edu.in

As the examination dates for National Eligibility Entrance Test Postgraduate session 2024 are announced now candidates are desperately waiting for the information brochure and registration dates. 

As per the notice released on 9 January 2024, the NEET PG 2024 exam date is revised, the exam will be held on 7 July 2024 which was previously scheduled for 3 March 2024. The cut-off marks for the same will be available on 15 August 2024. 

However, the exam date is tentative and there is no information regarding the exam available on the website, it is to be noted candidates must check the exam date in the information brochure, once available. 

NEET PG 2024 Registration Starting In January 2024?

In the previous year, the authority released the NEET PG 2023 information brochure on 7 January 2023 and started the registration process on 8 January 2023. 

As the exam has now been rescheduled to 7 July 2024, it is unlikely that the information brochure or application form will be available in January 2024. 

Looking at the previous year’s data, the registration process for NEET PG starts two months prior to the exam date, so it is expected the application process for NEET PG 2024 will start in the first week of May 2024.

The NBEMS provides candidates with a 20-day registration window, and after the registration is completed a 5-day application correction facility window is also designated. 

Meanwhile, the National Exit Test (NExT) which was said to be a replacement for NEET PG and FMGE is on hold in India and will not be conducted in 2024. 

The candidates are suggested to stay active on the official website of NBEMS i.e. natboard.edu.in to get any updates regarding the NEET PG 2024.
