Candidates who have checked the JEE Main 2024 session 1 provisional answer key and wish to raise objections against any questions can do so through the official website of NTA @jeemain.nta.ac.in till tomorrow till 11:00 PM.
To raise objections against the JEE Main 2024 session 1 provisional answer key, applicants are required to log in using their application number and password.
Aspirants will have to pay a processing fee of 200/- for every objection raised against the JEE Main 2024 session 1 provisional answer key.

Follow the steps mentioned below to raise objections against the JEE Main 2024 session 1 provisional answer key:
- Visit the official website of NTA i.e. jeemain.nta.ac.in
- In the “Latest News” section click on the “ JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Challenge Answer Key” link available on the home page.
- A login portal will open on the screen.
- Enter your application number and password in the login portal.
- Input the security pin as displayed and click on the “Submit” tab to proceed.
- You will see the Question IDs in the below sequential order for JEE (Main) – 2024
Paper 1: B.E./B.Tech (If applied) | 30+30+30 Questions | Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry |
Paper 2A: B.Arch. (If applied) | 30+50 Questions | Mathematics/Aptitude Test |

- The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the most appropriate Answer Key by NTA.
- If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box.
- Now upload the documents that support your objections in the portal by selecting the “
- Choose File and Upload (all documents to be put in a single PDF file).
- After clicking your desired option, for Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Mathematics / Aptitude Test for Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Mathematics / Aptitude Test / Planning for Paper 2B (B.Planning), scroll down and ‘Save you claim’ and move on to the next screen
- All the question IDs you have raised objections to will appear on the screen, check IDs carefully and click on the “Submit” button.
- Click on ‘Save your claim and Pay Fee finally’.
- Select the Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.
- Download the confirmation page for future reference.
