Delhi’s RK Puram Private School receives bomb threat, Investigation Underway

Bomb Threat Received In Delhi Private School: A private school in Delhi has received a bomb threat today, Friday, 2 February 2024. The school is located in the south-western part of Delhi’s RK Puram.

Following the bomb threat, the school was immediately vacated and a search operation was initiated in the school by the Delhi police force and bomb experts.

However, the investigation against the fake information is still underway and the police are trying their best to find the culprit who gave the false information to Delhi’s RK Puram private school.

Previously, in September 2023, the Lal Bahadur Shashtri school in the RK Puram area received an email about a bomb on the school premises that later turned out to be a hoax.

Whereas, in May 2023, the Delhi Public School in Mathura road received a similar hoax email about a bomb. The Indian School in Sadiq Nagar has received 2 bomb threats, the first one was received on a phone call in November 2022, and the second one was received on 12 April 2023 in an email.

However, all these bomb threats received by the Delhi schools are hoaxes and no traces of the bomb have been recovered from the schools.
