Several candidates say that the JEE Advanced exam 2024 was moderately difficult while some say that the difficulty level of the examination was difficult. However, it has been said that paper 2 was tougher than paper 1.

JEE Advanced 2024 Paper-Wise Exam Analysis
As per the test takers, JEE Advanced paper 1 was moderate, but the Physis and Maths paper was lengthy and tough and chemistry was easy.

Compared to paper 1, the second JEE Advanced 2024 paper was more difficult. There were 51 questions in paper 2, with 17 questions in each of the subjects of chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
There were 180 possible marks in total. Chemistry remained moderately difficult, most of the test takers said that physics was moderate to difficult, and mathematics was challenging & toughest.
