NTA has released an official notice on its website at nta.ac.in regarding the new exam center announcement for the JEE Main 2024 examination.

Candidates who have successfully completed their JEE Main 2024 registration process and want to select Abu Dhabi as their exam center, are able to do so during the JEE Main 2024 application form correction period.
Based on the request of the Ambassador of India, Abu Dhabi to support the student community of Abu Dhabi, it has been decided to add Abu Dhabi as an Examination City for the JEE (Main) – 2024. Here it may be noted that the cities of Dubai and Sharjah are already examination Cities for the JEE (Main) – 2024 states the NTA official notice.
NTA Notice For Tamil Nadu Candidates
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has also issued a notice regarding the candidates of the Tamilnadu State Board of School Examination appearing for JEE Main 2024 examination.
The official notice states “A few representations have been received from Tamilnadu state applicants who passed their Class 10 or Class 12 examinations in the year 2021. Because no examinations were held for the 2021 batch of Class 10, no marks were given on the marksheet, and subjects are declared passed.”
To support students from Tamilnadu, it has been decided that when candidates fill out the JEE Main 2024 application form, they should select ‘passing year’ as 2021 and ‘school board’ as Tamilnadu State Board of School Examination (secondary).
The “result mode” field will be disabled, and the related marks / CGPA fields will be hidden for the Tamilnadu State Board candidates who graduated from Class 10 in 2021 according to the official notice.
