PSEB 2024 Cancel Re-Evaluation Facility, Increased Remuneration Charges For Faculty

PSEB Board 2024 Discontinue Re-Evaluation: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has recently announced that the board exam students will not be allowed to apply for the re-evaluation from session 2024. 

Candidates appearing for the PSEB board examination 2024 were earlier given the facility for re-evaluation which has now been canceled. 

The decision to cancel the re-evaluation facility for the students has been taken considering the inconvenience the examinees face, there were many technical issues also seen such as delay in declaring the exam result. 

As per the Indian Express news authority, “The board has decided to discontinue the provision of re-evaluation from the March 2024 examination”. 

The facility of re-checking the answer sheets for the examinees will continue as previously, the notification added. 

Remuneration For Examiners Increased By PSEB From 2024?

The PSEB exam authority has also mentioned that the remuneration given instead of marking the solved answer sheets has been increased from session 2024 onwards. 

As per the officials, the faculty marking class 10 solved sheets will now be paid 8.50/- per sheet which was previously 6.25/-. 

Also, the charges for teachers checking the class 12 sheets were before 7.50/-, they will now be paid 10/- per sheet they mark. 

Recently, the PSEB has also released the class 10 & 12 date sheets for the session 2024 examination, students can check the schedule through the official website @pseb.ac.in
