CAT 2023 Mock Test Link Activated: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM) has made available the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 mock test link on the official website @iimcat.ac.in for the candidates who applied for the CAT 2023 examination.

CAT mock tests are an important part of CAT preparation. Your score and chances of passing the CAT 2023 examination can easily be increased by taking the mock exam.

To access the CAT 2023 mock test, applicants are required to login to the portal with the registration number and password obtained at the time of the exam registration.

The authority has created the links for three different categories- PwD candidates, PwD candidates with blindness and low vision, and one for all the other category candidates for the CAT 2023 mock test.

The mock test for CAT 2023 is designed to provide the test-takers with an understanding of the exam format, syllabus, as well as the types of questions to be asked in the exam.

Before appearing for the CAT 2023 mock test aspirants must read the instructions available on the log-in portal carefully to get a better understanding of the test. 

How To Take CAT 2023 Mock Test

Follow the steps mentioned below to appear for the CAT 2023 mock test:

• Go to the official website of IIM, iimcat.ac.in
• Scroll down to the “Quick Tour” section.
• Click on the “CAT 2023 Mock Test Link” available in the quick tour section.
• In the PDF displayed on the screen click on the CAT 2023 mock test link available as per your category. 
• Enter your registration number and password in the portal and then click on the “Sign In” button.
• A pop-up instruction window will be displayed, read the instruction carefully, select the agreement box, and click on the “I am ready to begin”  button.
• CAT 2023 mock will open on your screen

The CAT 2023 mock test will have three sections- verbal ability and reading comprehension, data interpretation and logical reasoning, and quantitative ability. 

Candidates will be provided with 120 minutes to complete the CAT 2023 mock test which means 40 minutes for each section.

For an MCQ-type question, the candidate will be given 3 marks for a correct answer, a -1 mark for a wrong answer, and a 0 mark for an un-attempted question.

As for non-MCQ type questions, candidates will get 3 marks for the right answer and 0 marks for the wrong answer and un-attended question. No negative marks will be given for wrong answers in non-MCQ-type questions.
