How to fill NDA Application 2024? Step by Step Part 1 & Part 2 Form Filling Guide

NDA Application Form 2024 – Steps to Apply

Step 1: Apply For OTR Registration

The first step to applying for NDA 2024 application is OTR, follow the steps below for the One Time Registration (OTR):

• Visit the official UPSC website.
• Click on the “Apply Online” button and then select “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations of UPSC.”
• If you are a new user, click on the “New Registration” option. Fill in your personal details, including your name, date of birth, father’s and mother’s names, Aadhaar number (if available), nationality, and more.
• Provide your contact information, including a valid email ID and mobile number.
• Verify your details and click “Submit.”
• You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile and email. Verify the OTP to complete your OTR.
• Once OTR is completed, you’ll have a unique registration ID. Make sure to note this down as it’s crucial for the next steps.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

After completing the OTR, you can proceed to fill out the NDA application form. Follow these steps:

• Log in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
• Create a strong password and submit it.
• Read the instructions carefully and click on “Latest Notification.”
• Select “NDA 2024 Application Form.”

Step 3: Part-I Registration

Now the registration process has begun, it is divided into 2 parts, Part-I registration includes four pages:

Page 1: Candidate’s Details

• Personal information, including your name, date of birth, parents’ names, nationality, and more.
• Enter your educational qualifications from the options provided.
• Fill in your complete address, valid email ID, and contact number.

Page 2: Choosing Branch Preferences

• Select your preferences for the Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy.
• Rank your preferences from 1 to 4, with ‘0’ indicating no preference.
• Indicate whether you are a student of a Sainik/Military school or the son of a JCO/NCO/Other Rank Officer.

Page 3: Verify Your Details

• Review the information you’ve entered for accuracy, as no corrections will be allowed after submission.
• Accept the terms and conditions.

Page 4: Generation of Registration ID

• You will be provided with a system-generated registration ID, which you should note down for future reference.
• Take a printout of this page for your records.

Step 4: Part-II Registration

Part II registration of NDA 2024 application involves four steps:

1- Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online using a credit/debit card or net banking, or offline via cash at any SBI bank branch.

The application fee is INR 100 for General/OBC candidates, while SC/ST and certain other categories are exempt from the fee.

2- Filling the Choice for Examination Centre: Choose an examination centre that is convenient for you.

3- Uploading of Photograph: Upload a recent passport-size photograph that meets the specified requirements.

4- Uploading of Signature: Upload your signature as per the guidelines provided.
