JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Application Correction Ends Today: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to close the Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE Main) session 1 application correction window today 8 December 2023.

Candidates who have registered for the JEE Main 2024 session 1 examination can make corrections in their registration form through the official website @jeemain.nta.ac.in today up to 11:50 P.M.

Aspirants are required to log in using their application number and password to make changes to the JEE Main 2024 session 1 application form.

The applicants need to note that they will not be able to modify their mobile number, email address, current address, or permanent address on their application form for the JEE Main 2024 session 1. 

Steps For JEE Main 2024 Session 1 Application Correction  

Candidates follow the steps mentioned below to make corrections in the JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration form:

• Go to the official website of NTA, jeemain.nta.ac.in 
• Scroll down to the “Candidate’s Activity” section on the website’s home page.
• Now click on the “JEE Main 2024 session 1 Application Correction” link.
• Log in to the application correction portal using your application number and password.
• The JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration form will be displayed on the screen.
• Make the required corrections to the registration form.
• Then finally submit the form.
• Download the JEE Main 2024 session 1 application confirmation page and save it for future reference.

In the JEE Main 2024 session 1 application correction process, all candidates are allowed to modify their name, their father’s name, their mother’s name, their category, sub-category, city, and medium. They can also change their passing year (class 10 or 12) and their qualification. 

However, if you are an Aadhar-verified candidate, you can not change your name, your date of birth, or your gender. You can only change your father’s name, your mother’s name, category, city, medium, qualification, and course in the JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration form. 

The JEE Main 2024 session 1 application correction window was activated on 6 December 2023. The JEE Main 2024 session 1 examination registration process commenced on 1 November 2023 and continued till 4 December 2023.
