JEE Main 2024 Jan 29 Exam Analysis: The JEE Main 2024 exam for paper 1 (B.E & B.Tech) was successfully conducted on 29 January 2024 in 2 shifts (shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 Noon and shift 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM) by NTA.

The JEE Main 2024 Paper 1 exam comprises 90 MCQ-type questions, with a total of 300 marks divided between the subjects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

The students stated that questions from the mathematics section were lengthy and time-consuming, whereas the questions from physics and chemistry subjects were easy to moderate, and the overall examination was moderate.

Student’s Review For JEE Main 2024 Paper 1 Held On 29 Jan

As per the students’ initial reactions, the JEE Main 2024 January 29 Shift 1 exam was moderately difficult. The Mathematics paper was found to be lengthy and tricky, while the Physics paper was considered easy as most of the questions were formula-based.

According to the students, the Chemistry paper in shift 1 was also easy. Most of the questions came from Organic chemistry and Metallurgy.

However, students found the Mathematics paper to be lengthy in the 2nd shift compared to the first shift. Physics questions were formula-based, while the Chemistry paper was considered to be easy.

Whereas, Vishwas who took JEE Main 2024 shift 1 exam on 29 Jan stated that there are around 10 questions that are complicated and time-consuming, whereas 20 questions are easy and can be answered directly.
