Delhi Schools To Remain Closed For Five Days: The Education Minister of Delhi Atishi on 7 January 2024 formally announced that Delhi schools will remain closed for five days up to class 5th.

As per the Tweet of Atishi, “Schools for Nursery to Class 5 in Delhi will remain closed for the next five days till 12 Jan 2024 due to cold weather conditions.”

On Saturday, it was announced that winter vacation in all government and private schools in the national capital has been extended till January 10 due to the cold weather conditions. However, after a few hours, the Delhi government officially stated that there was an error in the initial order.

Later on, the Government of the National Captial Territory Of Delhi released the withdrawn notice on the Dehli Schools winter vacation.

The schools for class nursery to class 5th will remain closed till 12 Jan 2024 and for class 6th to class 12th, the classes will continue from Monday.
